My work spans systems administration, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, VoIP, automation, and end-user support.
But the technology is only half of it. Good IT is clear communication, good documentation, thoughtful design, and knowing when to automate — and when to simply pick up the phone.
